Lyme Forward
- Advise on preparation of community plan for Lyme Regis, facilitation of four workshops with local residents to help them write the plan, and final drafting.
South Bristol Church and Community Trust
- Successful preparation of a £1.75m SRB5 application for the new Withywood Centre, a £5.9m development including a youth centre, a healthy living centre, two cafes, performance space, an advice centre, ICT facilities, meeting rooms, a church, banking facilities, a crèche and venues for hire for local functions and events.
Ashley Youth and Play Partnership
- Providing a package of services to the umbrella group for youth organisations in St Pauls, Bristol including chairing and servicing of meetings, funding applications, preparation of 3 year strategy and review of feasibility study for new youth centre.
Redcliffe Futures
- Feasibility study commissioned jointly by Redcliffe Futures, Redcliffe Community Forum and Bristol City Council into a new community centre for Redcliffe in central Bristol.

Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
- Successful application to Dartmoor LEAF for mountain bike centre at Madacleave and development worker
- Successful stage 1application to HLF for £2.3m for Tamar Valley Mining Heritage Project (TVMHP) a £5m initiative to conserve and promote the industrial heritage of the area which was based around the copper and arsenic mines.
- Successful HLF Stage 2 business plan and an associated feasibility study.
- Successful application to Objective 2 for £1.1m funding for the TVMHP.
- Successful application to SWRDA for £750,000 funding for the TVMHP.
- Advice on future regeneration structures in the Tamar Valley.
- Preparation of LEADER+ European funding bid.
Taunton Deane Borough Council and LSP
- Consultation strategy for LDF and Community Strategy. Delivery of facilitated sessions. (Finalist in RTPI Planning Awards 2006).
